  • Packaged Weight: Rear barn door Roller Kit -  7kg.
  • Packaged Weight: Tailgate Roller Kit - 5kg.
  • Load carrying capacity - 50kg per bar distributed evenly to the maximum load carrying capacity for the roof that van (refer to vehicle handbook).
  • Restricted use on tailgate models.

 

FITTING

 

  • Approximate fitting time 15-20 minutes. 
  • Detailed fitting instructions & fixings are supplied with this product. Retain instructions for future reference.
  • No drilling of the roof is required to fit this product.
  • Maximum load is in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer’s load bearing capacity (refer to vehicle handbook).

  • Double Door roller assembly fits to the side channels (As displayed in the main image.)

    Tailgate roller assembly fits externally to the tailgate hinges (As displayed in the two thumbnail images.)

 

Whilst fitting take all safety precautions necessary.

Periodically check all fixings.
